HOUSE RULES
A few rules — for everyone’s tail to keep wagging.
Real dog-park rules, written with great care for all our pups. Most are common sense. All are non-negotiable.
Who’s welcome
🐾 Dogs over 4 months old, fully vaccinated.
🐾 No sick dogs. No dogs in heat.
🐾 Aggressive or repeatedly fighting dogs will be asked to leave.
🐾 Friendly humans only — children under 12 must be with an adult.
How we keep things safe
🐾 Hold your dog in the entry vestibule for a moment to let them adjust.
🐾 Always close the gate behind you — escapees ruin everyone’s day.
🐾 Small and large dogs may be separated when busy, for safety.
🐾 Owners stay in the park and supervise their own dog.
How we keep things clean
🐾 You’re fully responsible for your dog’s behavior.
🐾 Clean up after your pup — bags and bins are provided.
🐾 Tell PupHub staff right away if anything’s wrong.
🐾 Help us keep the park clean and friendly.
You’ll see all of this on the rules board at the entrance — but we wanted you to know before you arrived.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Things people often ask.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Not for park visits — just walk in during opening hours. For grooming, hotel stays, or busy weekends, we recommend booking ahead via Zalo or our online system to make sure we have space for your pup.
Can my puppy come?
Yes — once they’re at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated. Younger puppies haven’t built up the immunity they need yet, and we want every pup who comes here to stay healthy.
Do you separate small dogs and big dogs?
Sometimes. When the park is busy and we have a mix of sizes, we open up our small-dog zone so the little ones can play without getting steamrolled. On quieter days, we let everyone share the main park.
What if my dog isn’t great with other dogs?
Bring them anyway — we’ll figure it out together. We have a vestibule at the entrance for new dogs to acclimate, and we always tell anxious owners to come at a quieter time so their pup can settle in. If your dog is reactive or aggressive, message us first and we’ll talk you through what to expect.
Can I just hang out at the cafe without bringing a dog?
Honestly — yes. Some of our regulars come for the coffee and the dogs are someone else’s. But the menu is the same whether you bring a pup or not.
SEE YOU SOON
The park is open. Bring your dog.
