THE STORY BEHIND PUPHUB
Hi, I’m Hạnh!
PupHub started with two dogs and one bad walk through the neighborhood.
Two dogs and one bad walk.
When I came back to Vietnam from the US, I brought my puppy Monet with me. Waiting at home was Sau — my long-time friend, already living with my parents.
I lived in an apartment, worked full-time, and could only see them a few hours each week. Every visit, I’d take them out for a walk. New smells, other dogs, the simple thrill of being outside. They’d light up.
But the neighborhood didn’t share their joy.
We got yelled at. Threatened. Pushed away. Even on a leash. Even after we cleaned up. To the people around us, dogs and dog-walkers were a nuisance — sometimes a threat. The looks on the street made it clear: you don’t belong here.
That feeling stayed with me longer than it should have.
In 2025, I decided I wasn’t going to keep apologizing for taking my dogs outside. If the city wouldn’t make space for them, I would.
I started building PupHub: a place where dogs could run, swim, climb, and make friends — and where their humans could sit down, drink something cold, and not have to defend themselves for the crime of loving an animal.
Sau and Monet were the first members. They still are.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Four things we hold sacred.
🐾
Every dog is welcome
Big, small, shy, loud, mixed-breed, senior, three-legged. If they’re vaccinated and friendly, they belong here.
🌳
Outside is a right
Dogs need space, sun, and other dogs to be themselves. We built PupHub so they don’t have to apologize for any of it.
👀
Never left alone
Whether your dog is here for a day or a week, our team is in the space with them — playing, observing, intervening if needed.
* For park & cafe visitors, we expect the humans to remain attentive & be responsible for their pups’ behaviors
🏡
A home, not a cage
Soft beds. Real food, cooked daily. Penthouse rooms with their own stairs. Dogs notice the difference. So do their humans.

THE SPACE
designed for the pups.
Every detail at PupHub came from a problem I’d seen.
The artificial turf? Because real grass turns to mud in a Hanoi summer. The shade sails? Because Hanoi’s afternoon sun is brutal. The mosaic pool? Because dogs need to cool off, and a hose isn’t enough. The penthouse rooms with stairs? Because dogs like to look out the window, just like we do.
Nothing here is decoration. Everything is the answer to a problem.
