THE HOTEL
Home away from home
Structured days, real beds, and a daily photo update so you never wonder how they’re doing.
TWO WAYS TO STAY
Pick the room. We’ll handle the rest.
Every pup gets the same care: park time, pool time, meals, rest, and photo/video updates. The room just depends on how they like to sleep.

Open-air Deluxe
Yellow-door rooms with open ceilings and fresh airflow. Your pup can see and hear the other guests, which helps many dogs feel less alone overnight.

Penthouse
A larger private suite with more room to settle in. Best for bigger pups, older pups, anxious pups, or dogs who simply prefer their own quiet space after playtime.
Pricing varies based on your pup and stay.
Tell us your pup’s size, dates, food routine, and anything we should know. We’ll come back with a quote during open hours.

THE HOTEL RHYTHM
A full day of play. A real place to rest.
Every overnight stay follows the same calm routine: park time, meals, rest, updates, and a room that fits how your pup likes to sleep.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
A stay comes with the whole PupHub day.
Rooms are for rest. The rest of the day is park time, pool time, meals, updates, and little routines that help your pup feel at home.
🐾
Park + pool time
Daily play in the park, swimming pool access, and a rinse-off shower before your pup winds down.
🍽️
Meals + snack
Two meals and one homemade treat are included. If your pup has their own food routine, bring it and we’ll follow it.
📸
Updates twice a day
We send photo/video updates twice a day, so you can see how your pup is settling in.
🚗
Free transport within 3km
Round-trip pick-up and drop-off are included within 3km. Farther away? Ask us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
For first-time stays, we’ll ask about your pup’s food routine, behavior, and anything that helps them feel safe.
A TYPICAL DAY
A full day, not just a bed.
Overnight pups follow the same PupHub rhythm: outside play, one-on-one attention, meals, rest, snack time, another outdoor round, then wind-down.
7:30–9:00
Check-in + settling in
Drop-off starts from 7:30. We check your pup’s belongings, food routine, and how they’re feeling before the day begins.
9:00–10:30
Outside park play
The first big play block of the day: park time, swimming, agility, fetch, sniffing, and friends.
10:30–11:30
One-on-one attention
A smaller moment with staff for light play, handling, training-style attention, or just a calm reset before lunch.
11:30–12:00
Main meal
Lunch is served before quiet rest. Your pup can eat PupHub food, or you can bring their own routine from home.
12:00–13:30
Cool, quiet rest
After lunch, everyone slows down. Pups rest in a cooler, quieter area so the day doesn’t become nonstop chaos.
13:30–15:00
Indoor group play
The afternoon starts indoors, in shaded spaces where pups can move around without the heat of the day.
15:00–15:30
Snack time
A homemade treat break gives everyone a reset before the second outdoor play block.
15:30–17:00
Back outside
More swimming, fetch, agility, sniffing, and being a dog before the day winds down.
17:00–18:00
Dust-off + wind-down
Before pick-up or evening rest, pups get cleaned up and eased out of play mode.
End of day
Photo/video update
We send updates so you can see how your pup is doing — not just hear that they’re “fine.”
And then, hotel mode.
Overnight guests settle into their Open-air Deluxe or Penthouse room after the day. The goal is simple: a tired, clean, comfortable pup who can actually rest.
BEFORE THEY STAY
A little prep helps everyone sleep better.
For overnight stays, we’ll ask a few things before check-in so we can match your pup to the right room, routine, and level of care.
01
Vaccination record
Please send your pup’s up-to-date vaccination record before their first stay. It helps us keep the hotel safe for every guest.
02
Behavior history
Tell us how your pup does with other dogs, people, food, toys, separation, and new spaces. The more we know, the better we can care for them.
03
Food routine
You can bring your pup’s own food, or ask us to provide meals. Just tell us portions, allergies, timing, and anything they refuse to eat.
04
Check-in + check-out
Check-in starts from 7:30. Check-out is until 18:00. Running late? Message us early so we can plan the evening properly.
Not sure if your pup is ready for an overnight stay? Message us first — we’ll help you decide what feels safest.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Things humans usually ask first.
Every pup is different, so we’ll always confirm the details with you directly. These are the basics before a stay.
Do we need to book ahead?
Yes. Hotel stays are quote-based and room availability changes, so message us before you plan the stay. Tell us your pup’s size, dates, food routine, and anything we should know.
What should we bring?
Bring your pup’s vaccination record, leash or collar, any medication or special instructions, and their own food if you want us to follow their home routine. Not much else is needed.
Can my pup eat their own food?
Yes. Some pups do best on their normal food, especially overnight. You can bring meals portioned by day, or ask us what PupHub can provide.
What if my pup is shy, anxious, or selective with other dogs?
Message us first. We’ll ask about their behavior history and help choose the safest room and routine. Some pups need a slower introduction, smaller-group time, or a quieter room setup.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts from 8:30. Check-out is until 18:00. If you’re running early/late, message us early so we can plan accordingly.
Will I get updates?
Yes. Boarding guests receive photo/video updates twice a day, so you can see how your pup is doing — not just hear that they’re “fine.”
READY WHEN THEY ARE
Ready to plan your pup’s stay?
Tell us your dates, your pup’s size, their food routine, and anything we should know. We’ll help choose the right room and rhythm.
