Border collie in PupHub Penthouse hotel suite with multi-level layout

Home away from home

Structured days, real beds, and a daily photo update so you never wonder how they’re doing.

Every pup gets the same care: park time, pool time, meals, rest, and photo/video updates. The room just depends on how they like to sleep.

Tell us your pup’s size, dates, food routine, and anything we should know. We’ll come back with a quote during open hours.

🐾

Daily play in the park, swimming pool access, and a rinse-off shower before your pup winds down.

🍽️

Two meals and one homemade treat are included. If your pup has their own food routine, bring it and we’ll follow it.

📸

We send photo/video updates twice a day, so you can see how your pup is settling in.

🚗

Round-trip pick-up and drop-off are included within 3km. Farther away? Ask us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

7:30–9:00

Drop-off starts from 7:30. We check your pup’s belongings, food routine, and how they’re feeling before the day begins.

9:00–10:30

The first big play block of the day: park time, swimming, agility, fetch, sniffing, and friends.

10:30–11:30

A smaller moment with staff for light play, handling, training-style attention, or just a calm reset before lunch.

11:30–12:00

Lunch is served before quiet rest. Your pup can eat PupHub food, or you can bring their own routine from home.

12:00–13:30

After lunch, everyone slows down. Pups rest in a cooler, quieter area so the day doesn’t become nonstop chaos.

13:30–15:00

The afternoon starts indoors, in shaded spaces where pups can move around without the heat of the day.

15:00–15:30

A homemade treat break gives everyone a reset before the second outdoor play block.

15:30–17:00

More swimming, fetch, agility, sniffing, and being a dog before the day winds down.

17:00–18:00

Before pick-up or evening rest, pups get cleaned up and eased out of play mode.

End of day

We send updates so you can see how your pup is doing — not just hear that they’re “fine.”

01

Please send your pup’s up-to-date vaccination record before their first stay. It helps us keep the hotel safe for every guest.

02

Tell us how your pup does with other dogs, people, food, toys, separation, and new spaces. The more we know, the better we can care for them.

03

You can bring your pup’s own food, or ask us to provide meals. Just tell us portions, allergies, timing, and anything they refuse to eat.

04

Check-in starts from 7:30. Check-out is until 18:00. Running late? Message us early so we can plan the evening properly.

Do we need to book ahead?

Yes. Hotel stays are quote-based and room availability changes, so message us before you plan the stay. Tell us your pup’s size, dates, food routine, and anything we should know.

What should we bring?

Bring your pup’s vaccination record, leash or collar, any medication or special instructions, and their own food if you want us to follow their home routine. Not much else is needed.

Can my pup eat their own food?

Yes. Some pups do best on their normal food, especially overnight. You can bring meals portioned by day, or ask us what PupHub can provide.

What if my pup is shy, anxious, or selective with other dogs?

Message us first. We’ll ask about their behavior history and help choose the safest room and routine. Some pups need a slower introduction, smaller-group time, or a quieter room setup.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts from 8:30. Check-out is until 18:00. If you’re running early/late, message us early so we can plan accordingly.

Will I get updates?

Yes. Boarding guests receive photo/video updates twice a day, so you can see how your pup is doing — not just hear that they’re “fine.”
